I’m lucky to say I own this, my dream watch. I’ve had it for almost two years, and every time I put it on is just like the first time. This is my forever watch, a watch that will me on my son’s wrist when he can appreciate a nice watch, when he accomplishes something big in his life. I do have a love relationship with the bond bracelet, and for that reason a purchased a 1610/930 speedy style bracelet that came on the Seamaster 2254. Wear that for everyday, and the bond for more dressier occasions. Got the micro adjustment claps on both. This is beautiful watch. If you’re interested in getting it, don’t hesitate, it will be a pleasure to put it on in the morning everyday.

This was the second....possibly third time I’ve watched this review. However, on this occasion it comes before I actually take the plunge (pun intended) and buy the SM 300M this month. I love the Tudor BB, but the newer in-house version simply wears too big on my wrist. And because of this I actually bought the BB36 last year. I tried the 300M on the wrist last week and absolutely love it; further confirmed by your excellent review. Thanks again.

I bought my first omega in 1998 for £895.00 but had to sell it in 2003. I always swore I would get another one some day. Well last month I bought this one and I am so chuffed with it. It really is a smart watch and I love it. Just something about this particular watch, you have to see it in the flesh to really understand why. I’m just in ore of this time piece. Regardless of the price now £2920.00, to me it’s money well spent and they always seem to hold there value. Great video by the way!

This video inspired me to put my Seamaster 300 on my wrist today! I bought and fitted in 2005, 12 years and 25 to 30 pounds later and the watch is running great the problem is the clasp. Wish it was like a glide lock or something to give me that extra 2 to 3 mm my wrist is now screaming for!

The new 2018 Seamaster 300m is known as the Sub Killer, it has knocked the Rolex Submariner out of the park, by it's shear style and quality. This beautiful looking watch is in a class of its own with it's in house movement among other amazing features. Omega out class Rolex by a mile without overcharging customers

Great vid, I bought the same watch a couple of weeks ago, I agree with everything you said, the only thing is the clasp, you said it's hard to scratch, I sit in front of a pc all day and have noticed a few small scratches appear ( could be me being too fussy) however the sellotape idea is good lol

I have a classic SpeedMaster Triple Date and the bracelet, much like the one on this in the video, are just fantastic comfortable bracelets. I had one of the new SeaMaster 300 Master Co-Axial, and I found the Omega "oyster" style bracelet immediately reminded me, and always reminded me, of reptile/snake scales. Couldn't get used to it. I went through a pet snake phase in my much younger days, so I know of what I speak somewhat. Last month I traded that SeaMaster and my blue dial YachtMaster for a steel black dial Daytona. I also found the SeaMaster a bit too big as 42 mils, and the YachtMaster is basically a dress watch trying to be a diver. I find I don't really prefer dress watches. The three watches I have now are all sport.

Lovely watch , I like the original wave dial version but I think the new glossy dial and the ceramic bezel has really modernised the look, of course that's only my opinion , some collectors will undoubtedly prefer the wave dial and aluminium bezel insert . Great video Armand .

I just purchased that same watch, 2013 model, from a broker in the UK and I absolutely love it. I wish it came with the new style box, I have the older red leather box. In my opinion it is much classier than the submariner. Hope to pick up a moonwatch next and possibly the new style clasp. Great video sir.

I remember in another video you mentioned the mid size would be the choice for you because of your smaller wrist. I too have a small wrist and was surprised to see that you bought the larger size. farshid zandi That's what everyone seems to say, but I don't get it. That Helium valve crown just looks so out of place and the skeleton hands doesn't do anything for me. Personally, I would redesign it and move the helium value to the other side and move the movement crown down to the 4oclock position for more of a compressor style look. Anyways, another good vid Armand! Keep it up.

About 10 years ago I had one with the electric blue dial for years, it was a quartz, I decided to sell and I regret it to this day, that dial was amazing

Just FYI you might want to add to the video that you can have both micro-adjustments and a dive extension, if you get the 117STZ001159 clasp. I did this myself last week, it fits without any special parts, much recommended!

I bought my blue ceramic SMP300 in December 2012. Two months later I accidentally dropped it when I was trying to wear it while comming down the stairs. It hit the granite steps with a loud thud, bounced two steps down and came to a stop. I thought it was the end of the watch. When I picked it up I expected to see a shattered crystal. No, it was there without a scratch. There was a "huge" dent in the case, that is way too big to be polished off. I expected the seconds hand to be frozen. No, it was moving. I decided to check it's accuracy the next day before I took it to the AD. It was only 3 seconds off !!! I reset the time in my watches only if I see an error of over one minute. With the SMP300 it happens once every two weeks. If it was a Rolex Sub with a jewel mounted (silent) winding rotor, I know what would have happened. Who needs a G Shock !😆😆😆

Had that very watch. Bought it brand new from AD. Loved it in the beginning but then found myself not wearing it at all. Sold it about a year later and do not regret one bit. I find the bracelet quite a bit outdated and rather looking almost too dressy for a dive watch. Liked it at first but then got so bored of it. I just do not like bracelets that do not taper, they feel kind of cheap looking IMO. That clasp is an absolute scratch magnet. I got it scratched the very first day I wore it and the scratches it gets look rather nasty although it is easily polishable. I also could not stand how those skeletonized hands look in certain positions and a scalloped bezel. Much prefer a coin edge bezel like on a Sub or a Tudor. Accuracy wasn't great either. I had to have it regulated by Omega to make it within COSC standards. All in all it is an OK watch but a Tudor or even Omega SMP PO is a much better option IMO. However, regardless of all the negative points this is purely my experience and my personal opinion. Hope you will enjoy your new acquisition. Wear it in good health! Cheers!

O Gadjim funny I have the opposite experience. I have owned 3 black bays after I sold this watch. Found them boring and have re bought the Seamaster. Lesson learned for me. It's the best time keeper I have had and I love the bracelet. Each to their own opinion I suppose..
