The Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra 150M 2503.50.00 is encased in 39.2 mm of stainless steel surrounding a black dial on a stainless steel bracelet. Features of this Omega Seamaster include co-axial escapement, COSC Swiss chronometer certification, hours, minutes, seconds, and date. After owning this watch for two weeks I will say that if this is on your list for first luxury watch you should go for it. Every single day I wake up excited to put it on, the bracelet is extremely comfortable. The clasp is a bit unwieldy, however, it is still a great experience. As I said it's been two weeks and I still am not bored looking at it's beautiful black lacquered dial and white gold indices. Overall a fantastic timepiece.

@@juanpablocorleone644 I got mine for $2200 from Japan box and papers and paid a little under $100 for customs duties. I will say that if you are planning on buying this exact watch that you should ensure you have some cash for potential servicing because the caliber 2500 has an issue with randomly stopping sometimes, you can look on forums and find information about it. My watch didn't have this issue however. I genuinely do not think there is a better watch at this price point out there, go for it.

Just picked up mine from 2007 with the 2500c movement. I was waiting for an Explorer, but this watch does everything for a lot less money And I find it more beautiful to be honest...its thin and classic (I owned one from 2003 a few years ago and stupidly sold it). This one is a keeper.. Are you enjoying yours? I'll put mine on a bulang and Sons brown leather strap and may get an Omega deployant at some point as they are very comfy and lovely to operate with the twin pusher release system

@@TheAndrewNewman Thanks, yes I saw some issues regarding the 2500A and 2500B having issues. I picked one up last week but its a 2500C which apparently shouldn't have those (fingers crossed) Paid a bit more but the condition is immaculate to be honest. Such a beautiful watch - love it!

I could also recommend the seamaster 120m the predecessor to the aqua terra! And sometimes you'll find teak dial quartz aquas for a good price too! 😎

I bought it at my son’s 2nd birthday, now he is 21. The 1st gen caliber 2500 doing fine, but about 1min plus late nowadays. It’s never been serviced, never been opened, still and will be wearing time to time

I have this watch and think it's great. It takes the best attributes of the older style watches (simple, light comfortable bracelet/and slimness), and a classic no nonsense design.

I’ve only just realised after spending 1 year looking at IWC Ingenieur 323904, Zenith El Primero Defy, the ubiquitous Rolex OP, and even the dark horse Omega Globemaster that they are all great in their own unique way, but none of them covet the title of the most complete everyday all steel sports watch of all time. That honour goes to 1st generation Omega Seamaster AT. It combines a minimalist, robust yet elegant aesthetic that is simply beautiful from all angles on dial, case (back and front), crown, bracelet, and clasp. Then there’s the legendary Co-axial chronometer movement. What more could you want in a Swiss watch at an incredible reasonable price, and still widely available anywhere compared to a Rolex OP, Air King or Explorer? Omega AT 1st gen will be my next purchase. The others will have to wait their turn, including that arrogant Rolex OP upstart with its playing ‘hard to get’ antics 😂

This is first-gen?? They should have stuck to this dimension. 39mm wide and 11mm thick... that's damn near ideal. Looks better than Datejust, honestly.

You should try to center the lume shots better, the thumbnail previews for other videos at the end always obscures it somewhat, sometimes completely. Maybe add a short outtro to these reviews so we can see the lume shot completely unobstructed :)

@@ihategoogle5910 When I inherited mine I needed to fit an extra link on it and discovered this issue: With the single spring release of the clasp if the watch is too tight a slight bump to the spring release will open it up. If you are one of those guys that likes when the watch leaves a mark on you after 15mins of wearing it this clasp construction is not for you. Personally I have no issues with it after fitting the extra link and have never had it come loose unintentionally.

mlb shark. The automatic will say "co-axial chronometer" on the dial. The quartz will not. One of my first luxury watches. I miss it. Got a Aqua-Terra MC 8500. Almost wish i would have kept this model.

If it’s running an automatic will tick quickly while a quartz will move once per second. The automatic will say co-axial on the dial while the quartz wil say quartz

To be honest, I don’t like recent model. Teak deck pattern ruins the clean balance of index and hands, and polished bracelet looks cheap..
