@@jmemphisTX you're mistaken. it can but personally I take my watches off so I can clean properly. why would u want to have soap scum between the gaps and need to take effort to wash them off as well? Or maybe you're just the type who need to say something negative about someone's possession or achievement? 🙄

@@jmemphisTXOmega’s own warranty states that 50m of WR is a true reflection of its capabilities. They had to be able to withstand moisture ingress to qualify at NASA, and that was one of the tests. Also, why are you wearing your watch in the shower? You should be cleaning your wrists.

I've had mine since January of this year. Great watch. But, it could have better/more micro-adjust on the clasp. And of course, the price of the 3861 is getting crazy.

Watching this I am wearing my Speedmaster haselite version on naylon strap. For my taste, the Speedmaster looks better on a strap. Everything else you said is pretty much spot on. The legibility of the watch is amazing. The tachymeter is also very clear. I use the stopwatch everyday at work, and it makes some things easier.

@@TheCrystalLakeKiller the same can be said for the Sapphire Sandwich? When it’s on your wrist you can’t see the movement. It’s not a Tourbillon, so other then increased Crystal durability and some tiny differences barely recognizable to the naked eye; I find it a hard sell to spend the extra $1,000 and lose the vintage aesthetics found only on the Hesalite that I can actually enjoy when on wrist. YMMV

this model is a re-release of the 1985 model. The hesalite is faithful to this, the sapphire, not so much.

I think that this is the most versatile watch ever made. Especially its keen ability to adapt to nearly any strap! I have this along with several Rolexes. One thing most Rolexes cannot do are adapt to different straps! I think it’s the twisted lugs on the omega.

Lovely watch i was going to buy one but the lack of water resistance i know that there is no water on the moon. But on holiday and you want to jump in to the pool you need a sea master so I got the planet ocean master co-axial 9900 just perfect love it
