1:03 This caused wear and tear for the gears of my hour hand recently after almost 6 years of wear. Hour hand is now stuck around 10pm onwards when the date change is in progress. Found out recently through forums that it's a common problem on the Aqua Terra's. Now I have to take it to the service center. A definite high chance of it happening again in a few years time after it's serviced. This is so disappointing.

The lumina is only for short duration right? For me, it shows lit up for few minutes when i get to dark from a litup environment

Yeah it needs to be recharged by light if it’s lit in the dark for too long

The exact same question why I was looking at this video .

my aqua terra tends to misalign the hour hand when wound backwards.

Appears to be a common issue on the AT. Which is why I've never moved the hour hand backwards to set the date. I always move it forward... No problems so far. Owned my AT with the 8500 for over a year now.

No it does that so that the hour hand matches up with the minute time when moved forward or backwards

Has anyone experienced a faint 'chiming' from this movement?

What is chiming?

@@e.r.6147 "F" above middle "C'". Audible when held to the ear or placed on a hard surface like a nightstand.

And if you have to set the date 20 days later is it necessary to set the crown in position 2 and make 40 complete rounds?
@TaiwanLYC8 жыл бұрын
in that case, i think you're better off just screw backwards for like 10 days lol.
