Recipe for: Omelet with Mushrooms and Cheese + Garnish. I Make This Whenever I Don't Have Time. Only 4 Ingredients!
Necessary products:
3 eggs
100 g of mushrooms, cut into thin crescents
50 g grated cheese
Salt
Pepper
Oil
For the garnish:
150 g cherry tomato mix
A little olive oil
Salt
Method of preparation:
Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a little oil.
Add the chopped mushrooms and fry for 1-2 minutes until soft.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a little salt and pepper.
Pour the eggs into the pan with the mushrooms.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Wait for the eggs to cook, then carefully fold the omelette in half.
Turn the omelette over and cook it on the other side for a short while.
Transfer the omelet to a plate.
For the garnish, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and season them with salt and olive oil.
Serve the omelette with the cherry tomatoes.
