In my humble opinion, your making a big mistake if you start saving too much of your reaction for your Patreon. This is my reasoning. A large part of your audience, like me won't be tempted to join your Patreon to see more of your reaction. Nothing wrong with having a Patreon. I think you should try to make as much as you can with your reactions. I have nothing against it other than it just dosn't fit my needs. I have never joined one and I never will. But There are too many people reacting to this series that don't save more of their reaction for Patreon like your doing now. In a sense, your competing against them. if they are going to offer me more than you are, i will watch them instead. If you start cutting out more of the reaction like you did here, many people will just go and watch another reactor that isn't doing that. Matter of fact, your only the second reactor out of all of them I have watched, that I have seen do this. And it didn't work out well for the other reactor. Most reactors tend to have 20+ minute reactions for each episode. Some even longer. Thats including a chat before and after. So what I am saying is in general shorter reactions are not tempting people to join your Patreon to get the longer ones. Most people either are going to join your Patreon because they like your reactions or they won't because they don't like your reactions or they are like me and just never join Patreons. If your giving shorter reactions on you tube your not really giving people as much of an incentive to join your Patreon. Anyway best of luck to you guys. You are good reactors but not so good to make me want to join my first Patreon either.

Ned naively warning Cersei and his reluctance for bloodshed had less to do with Ned being a honorable fool(which he was, but still) and more to do with the fact that Ned did not want a repeat of what happened to the Targaryen Crown Prince's two little children, who were dragged out of their bed and murdered in cold blood after King Robert won the Rebellion. Even though Ned had no part in those murders, he felt complicit because he was with the winning side and it kept haunting him for the rest of his life. Ned's POVs in the first book ponders a lot on the murdered children, whose bodies Tywin Lannister laid out in front of the Iron Throne at King Robert's feet, for public viewing, drapped in blood red Lannister banners.

The reason the Ned Stark thing has gone down as an iconic television moment which people still talk about to this day is cause back then in 2010 a TV show killing off its main character, no, THE main character who had top billing on the credits, was pretty much an unheard of thing. You might see it once in a blue moon now, but it almost never happend a decade ago. And he died in the 1st season! Finally, there is someone who can look beyond the fact that Dany looks good and actually sees that her actions are hasty and results in the death of her husband and baby. Really good reaction, however, I would like you to do both an intro and an outro, so we know what you think about what you have just seen, as well as what you anticipate will happen in the next episode / season. I can partly understand that you do what you do to make us viewers curious and therefore join your patron, but the experience I can see on youtube is, that it actually makes viewers give up on the channel again, as they do not really know if the style you have is something for them and do not want to spend money to find out. There are so many other reaction channels out there, watching Game of Thrones that have many more scenes included in their videos as well as an intro and outro, so it's easier just to watch their videos instead. I remember one reactor in particular who actually did not have the scene with Ned's death included in the YT version, it could only be seen on Patreon, and as far as I know, she did not have much success with her channel. You should not be afraid that you will not get patreons if you have too much included in your youtube video, viewers will probably sign up if they like your style, and we can only judge that if we can get a proper impression of you. Well, that was a longer comment, but just a piece of advice from me, you can use it or not :)

So the two battles in this episode : the Battle of Green Fork in the Riverlands where the Lannister host defeats a small diversionary Stark force and the Battle of the Whispering Wood where Jaime gets ambushed by Robb Stark's main forces, both occupy a chapter each in the book. But they couldn't put it in the show as at this point they didn't have the budget to shoot a battle scene. Which is ironic in hindsight as GoT later became the most expensive TV show ever shot, they were practically movies towards the end. There's a beautiful description of Green Fork where Tywin and the Lannister elite dripping head to toe in their golden helms charged through the Stark lines,blinding the enemy as their armors glistened under the bright sun. And Jaime's heroics at Whispering Wood where he cut down a bunch of Robb's men before he was finally overpowered becomes a part of Westeros lore. But yeah if you're into grand battles, then you just gotta wait and see 🙂

The takeaway we learned going forward would be no one is safe?? We fans do very much appreciate when reactors do both Episodes 9 & 10 in 2 parts...especially the ones that right now just don't have extra$$ for Patreon 😢 Keep in mine there has not been any Dragons🐉 for at least 2 centuries. The season is so good because it's purely built on story progression without compromise. It doesn't dangle any cheap carrots at you to hold your attention span. It teases you with a "Stark vs Lannister vs Dothraki climactc war for all the marbles" the whole time only to completely subvert it. Nope no narrative crutch, you're either gonna be invested in a well crafted intricate plot or you're not. From the very first episode to Baelor everything carefully builds towards Ned's execution. As long as Ned lived the status quo would've been preserved. His death serves as a catalyst for the continent to unravel. It had to happen, but we don't see it coming despite his precarious position because we don't really expect Ned to die. They even throw a lifeline at you by getting Jaime captured, only to masterfully pull the rug from under your feet. The Lannisters have more than one hostage to trade. Ned is expendable. There are no main characters in thrones. The plot is the main character.

Remember the witch told her “life for a life”. Drogo, Rheago(her baby), the witch for the 3 dragons. She told this to the witch remember “Tis not your screams I want, only your life”. This is a recurring theme throughout the story, being naive and too trusting of the wrong people, just look at Ned.

I think when she saw the eggs she imagined the potential destruction they can reek once hatched, the very thing she was trying to avoid by killing Dany’s baby, i thought that was funny.

It’s just in the books the characters are more fleshed out and you get a deeper understanding of what and why everything takes place. Just to add to my previous reply: I believe Dany was the only one who could “birth” dragons, not just because she was the last Targaryen but because she was the last female Targaryen.

Joffrey has always been a little sadist, this isn't just since he became King. There are *many* cats running around the Red Keep. Once, when Joffrey was a small boy, there was a pregnant cat and someone told Joff that there were baby kittens in her belly, so Joff cut her open to see. On another note, In the World of Ice and Fire, (a history compendium of GRRM's), we learn, when Arya Stark had been assigned by Syrio Forel to catch every cat in the Red Keep, she had succeeded with catching all except for a mean one-eared black tomcat. She chases him halfway across the castle before she finally catches him, and kisses his forehead while he tries to claw her. It has been confirmed by George R.R. Martin that cat was Balerion, a kitten which had belonged to Princess Rhaenys Targaryen, the young daughter of Rheagar Targaryen and Elia Martel who was killed by the Mountain on the orders of Tywin Lannister. (More about that in upcoming episodes.) Rhaenys named him Balerion because, as a wee kitteh, he liked to pretend he was the great dragon, Balerion the Black Dread. After Rhaenys was killed in the Sack of King's Landing in 283 AC, he was abandoned and became the meanest stray in the Red Keep. By the time Arya caught him he was an old black Tomcat with one chewed and torn ear that him appear one-eared. He is filthy and foul-tempered, and has been known to attack ravens in the rookery of the Red Keep. The cat once stole a roast quail served to Tywin Lannister at a dinner with King Robert I Baratheon. He also once clawed Prince Joffrey Baratheon's hand....one of the reasons Joffrey enjoys skinning cats....that, and he's just a psychopath. This cool back story is, to me, indicative of George R.R. Martin's creativity and attention to details in all his writing....I mean, how many authors would give a stay tomcat such a back story? ✌️

The thing I like about you 2 over other reactors I've seen is that you guys are "actually watching" the show. Other reactors are more intent on "reacting for the camera". In the books Mirri (the witch) probably does nothing wrong. She tried to heal him but then he rubbed dirt into his own wound. She told him not to drink and he kept drinking. Etc. He definitely didn't follow her advice and is likely why his wound festered.
