Gracey - Another amazing video. I so love your background intro music. Good on you for showing us different areas of Kigali. I loved your video of Nyarutarama and then Kicukiro, showing the differences between the two areas. As it happens we stayed in both areas in October and Kicukiro wins hands down for me. I know that we visited Kagarama but can't remember it exactly, as we visited so many different parts of Kigali and Rwanda. You are doing such an amazing job in showcasing the amazing city of Kigali and the beautiful country of Rwanda to the world. And for those who have not yet visited, it is in fact as stunning as it looks in these videos. Its mesmerizing. The people are so gentle, warm and kind and the landscape is spectacular. No matter where you go. I paused the video to post this so now am going to enjoy the remaining video. By the way, I still love your groovy hair Grace !

Ok, I've watched the whole video. I am a bit disappointed.... This area is only 5 minutes from where we stayed in Kicukiro but we didn't really explore it. So, thanks Grace for showing us the area. Its very nice. I'm still trying to work out the economic dynamics of Kigali but from what I can discern the only Rwandans who have money and therefore can afford to live in these kind of up-market areas are people who work for the Government. i.e. they are civil servants. Which of course raises some red flags. Anyhow.... For me as a European these houses appear cheap and good value but the majority of native Rwandans couldn't possibly afford to buy these houses.

Hello Ronan, it's a nice neighbourhood, building in Africa with foreign money. "Dollars" is cheap but not cheap for the locals. But most places I have been to here,most houses are owned by Rwandans,
