Hey! Just wanted to let you know i use to watch your videos when I did weight watchers. In 2013 I had weight lost surgery and lost over 100lbs! I strongly encourage you to document your journey there is a huge supportive community for weight loss surgery. Congrats! You'll love your new life. :)

I too know what a bummer it is to lose and then gain again....but "it is what it is"...so, I'm trying to lose it again! As I am now all but 60 years old, it won't be easy, but hey...Next year this time will be next year this time whether I lose or not! so I will try to make it lose!!

wow! I haven't added a comment to any vidoe in YEARS!! I have been watching you since day one and you have always inspired me. YT isn't like it use to be years ago. I was really hoping that you were still using Ww or following another plan.. I would love to hear about your surgery, what you can and can't eat, etc.. Far as your ex goes.. You can't force someone to be a parent. As long as you're not hindering this, your kids will know who was there for them. His damn loss!

+aprilslosingit the bypass soooo not the easy way out. I went from 260-ish to 160-ish and now im back to 180-ish,eventho I have once been down to 160 straight. I am being supported now tho by a good team and also a nutritionist. I was protocolln my food for three months everyday and it has helped me get out of the bad loop. For a food addict that fought all her life ever since she was like five years old its a neverending story but its up to me if and when I take control and the bypass is just a wonderful tool to help me with it anytime. thank you for spreading the word!
