Bobby must be so proud of the things you do! My mother was a bit like you and one day, when I was in high school, my dad and I were going somewhere in the car and he started just raving about how wonderful my mother was with doing all kinds of projects and cleaning and keeping the house well decorated and beautiful. At the time I rolled my eyes to myself (I mean, I was a teenager!) but it always stuck with me how appreciative he was of the way she cared for us and our home. I imagine Bobby feels pretty much the same. And that’s special. 💕

I agree! Otherwise, when you finish your project and just want to straighten up after that and go sit down for a minute and enjoy feeling accomplished, you look up and realize there’s a whole other “project” for you! It may be the same amount of work either way, but it’s a mental thing!

Being locked out is the worst. I am so sorry that happened to you. I clean my window screens every spring. Very satisfying, and helps get the pollen and bug yuck out. I just pull mine out, take them outside and wash them with dish soap and the hose, then stand them up to dry a bit. You can wash them in a tub if you are renting, it's just a bit more of an ordeal. Just be careful if it's a windy day-they are very light and will blow away :) I usually just lean them up against something in my garage so I don't have to worry while they dry. Sometimes I take them out in the fall and store them for the winter since I live in Wisconsin too, and we don't open our windows much in the winter. It lets in a little more light without the screens and we can enjoy a clear view of the winter landscape.

You asked what our favorites are so you could get feedback about viewers' likes... I really like the garage de-cluttering and cleaning and organization. Second would be closets. Anything with hoarders (or near-hoarders) is always interesting. It is particularly satisfying to see a space cleared of extraneous boxes, plastic, bags, and paper. Does this help?

We are having a family birthday party for my daughter Saturday and so my husband vacuumed the living rm and bedrooms and I took out trash and recycling, and wiped the tables. Looks so much better!

Something I always forget to clean are the bathroom exhaust fans, you'd be amazed at the amount of lint inside those fans.

I wash my screens in the shower with my pull down shower head. Use a Dawn soapy washcloth. I live in a cold area so I put my screens inside during the winter

I use vinegar in my shower gets the hard water off. The dawn spray is amazing try it on top of kitchen cabinets the grease just wipes off easily. A duster with a long handle like a swifter duster reaches a fan, baseboards, bathroom lights,blinds,plants.

I only clean my house in the week and when the kids are at school, which here because of Covid they work in a group system which is one week they go Monday Wednesday and Friday to school and next week Tuesday and Thursday. So I schedule my cleaning around them, which is nice when I'm home alone and get to clean without having to be a mom also. Like this Tuesday they go back to school, they had a 10 day vacation. I can't wait to clean and get ready for the winter.

You inspired me to tackle our tub/shower with its rust and lime build-up! I used Whink and spray bleach. It took me several spray, soak, scrub and repeat - but WOW it was so worth the time. I'm planning to buy a drill brush attachment to help maintain!

Just my opinion...the black frame mirror in the bathroom clashes with everything. It matches your shelves but when you move it will clash with the vanity (brown). Just my opinion. Looks lovely though😊

Great at motivating others👍 you got a lot done. I love my Bissell for track cleaning, I do need to replace the sylicon around shower as well. I recently took off my vent covers, I vaccumed them out & washed them down (as far as my hose & arms could reach😂) I was amazed how dirty the heat/air ducts were. I always change my filter & clean out the unit but I've never thought about cleaning out the inside ducts of the venting. I think we are breathing in less dust, bacteria, pet dander, skin cells & all the things lol. Thanks for the video☺

Cambriea, there is a type of lock you put on your garage door that attaches to a cord that will pull the attachment so you can open the door manually. It has saved me a few times during an outage when we are not home.

Hi Cambriea! Dawn dish soap is an awesome cleaner. To get hard water and soap scum is terrible to get off. I found that the Stove Top Glass cleaner and a non scratch pad gets it off and shines it up. I do that then clean with windex. It works!!

Cambrian can I make a suggestion?? I am looking for a new stick vac. I went back to your videos looking for the info because I remember you talking about it in one of them. After checking several videos & going to your Amazon store I couldn’t find it. Maybe you could make a video of all of your cleaning “tools” etc. Then at the beginning or end of cleaning videos you can tell your followers to check out your ABC for info on the stuff you used. Unless you already have that & I’m a total dork & missed it. I know you get tons of questions all the time about this vac or that rake. I hated even having to post this.
