I’m a True survivor of DV and a ra** and I don’t have as much “ trauma” as she does. She wasn’t SAed, she’s just a female hanging on to the last 15 minutes of the Me2 movement that was ruined by women like her. Her true colors are shown on countless occasions throughout her interviews, none of which JB had nothing to do with. She had years to say something, why wait until public opinion of you drops? She’s using him to boost her reputation but hopefully it backfires like Amber Heard. As a woman who has lived through broken bones, bruises, forced miscarriage and real trauma, women like this make me so angry. Survivor of DV myself, I would have removed myself from the situation not finish the movie. If any of her claims felt true it would be different but they just don’t. People can make a complaint doesn’t make it true. My ex (not the greatest guy) would have insisted that I quit immediately not let things go that far. I feel she is hoping to make this a me2 attempt. Then there is all the behavior that came out that had nothing to do with Justin Baldoni, the journalist even confirmed that she had nothing to do with Justin Baldoni. DV is not something that you would have the emotional capacity to make cocktails & a hair care line that is absolute trash. I personally don’t use it but my stylist was telling me about how she had to wash the products out of the hair of the women who’d brought them in. I bring my own hair care in cause I have allergies & she was thanking me for not bringing that crap in. When a stylist doesn’t want to use a product anymore cause of how it looks/feels in the hair it’s a bad product. Being with the abusive ex made design work very hard cause I never knew what to expect. I just can’t imagine trying to do anything like that if that was going on behind the scenes.

We need to change the entire way we discuss men in general. A new era coming from a place of empathy would create better men. Men are just little boys who grew up and we seem to forget that. People don’t like to discuss the actual statistics of DV and how most of it is 50/50. Not to mention all the male victims who don’t come forward or how female female couples have the highest rates of DV. We use the word “misogyny” as a shield from accountability and just redirect the blame to men always when usually it’s more nuanced then that. The way she talked about the movie was like a romcom not a serious movie about DV. I wouldn’t want to use the movie to launch products, I wouldn’t even want anything to do with the movies connected to the situation & alleged abuser. However, her claiming that the backlash she's received is all because of Justin is a stretch. That backlash is due to her own behavior which we have seen via interviews and other videos. Does Blake Lively, a successful, wealthy actress who claims she is a feminist, was ALSO a producer of the movie, and married to a VERY wealthy husband with much more clout in the industry than JB - have ANY agency? She didn't need to put up with that - she could have walked away ANY time or used her wealth and husband's clout to call out JB, get him fired or sued ANY time. I'm willing to bet she is doing this for revenge (he didn't go along with her ideas) or another selfish, career-motivated reason. Think of all the single mothers out there, struggling financially who have HAD to put with this sort of thing because they have no options and have to put food on the table. SHE was in 100% different situation - a woman with integrity in her financial situation would have walked away and a woman who wants to be a serious producer-boss lady would have IMMEDIATELY called him out, sued him, had him fired. She CHOSE to stay in that situation when she had more than one exit.

The white woman fragility saga you described in minute 3 to 4 is just too much. This is giving Amber Heard and Taylor Swift when she falsely claimed she knew nothing about Kanye's b*tch verse. Lastly regarding the hostile workplace. He probably did get annoyed at her but I do think it's weird for an actor to have so so much input and decision making with the director & producer. I think Blake didn't respect him as a director & producer, and Justin didn't respect her. He probably was crass with bad jokes. But to heighten it with a lawsuit? They hated each other, they treated each other badly, that's it, & that's all, Blake has to take accountability for her actions & instead of suing.

I read that she might have ALLEGEDLY gotten a “narcissistic injury” after she found out from a co- worker that Justin asked a co- worker how much Blake weighed( inquiring because he had to pick her up at some point in the movie and she had not lost all of her baby weight. ) He didn’t know the co-worker would go and tell Blake. It was alleged that Justin innocently was just trying to prepare .
