6:32 That's called interdose withdrawal. It's a sign that you're in what is called "benzodiazepine tolerance" and the drug likely no longer has the same effect on you as it once did. It happens because the body has become dependent on the benzodiazepine and the GABA receptors have been downregulated. The benzo may calm you down now temporary but it will cause anxiety and panic to worsen. It is why I developed agoraphobia and it made me horrible suicidal and depressed. I'm sorry your therapist doesn't get it. I get like that too. I'm glad you posted though. Hope you got the Butter album

Hey Ashley. I've been tuning in for years so it's great to see you post. I was homebound for years so that's why i connected with your content. I always admired your boldness in talking about your challenges. You've really come along way - we all have ups and downs. Everybody has their struggles. Keep going, Ashley, you're doing well. You probably don't think it, but trust me, you are. I'm no longer homebound as of last year. But.... We're now in full lockdown in my country haha.... Yup. Just my luck.

Cannabis really helps. I don't know if it's legal where you live or if you currently use it but it does wonders for me. Also, me saying this probably won't mean much since your in such pain but your very pretty.

yes i have. the thyroid medication i’ve been on for 2 years has completely slowed down my metabolism and despite starving myself, i still can’t seem to lose much weight....

@@stylinzon it's just s temporary thing, Ashley. Don't listen to idiots like this - who are probably sitting on a million insecurities of their own. Complete your course of medication and your weight will eventually stsbilize, I'm sure.
