If you watch, the first own goal looked bad but if the player who scored the own goal didn’t commit, the attacking player would have scored. And the second own goal was unlucky cause in all that action the defender had to head the ball away cause there are like 14 people in the penalty box but his positioning was off so he scored an own goal

The ballon d or for this year is given based on what you did during the 2022-2023 season that ended in june of this year. Messi won the WC in december 2022 and had a great individual season at PSG so he is top 2 this year for the award and probably its gonna win it. Its a little bit confusing beacuse the award is given in late 2023 but only considers what you do until june 2023.

Regarding the toughest position to play in, the goalkeeper is hard but it doesn't require a lot of movement so he wouldn't get tired like the others, I'd say the midfield position and the striker might be the toughest one to play, the first one requires massive positional awareness and vision since the midfield is what makes the whole team work, the striker for me is hard as hell, You gots to be on point fr, gotta be lethal
