Just replacing the names and making it less interesting. The Bad Batch were good in the Clone Wars and then they just made them a parody of their former selves. They went from being these - making decisions on their feet - to not being able to think for themselves. 😢 They had the opportunity to do something with more clones .but basically killed off as many clones as possible??? I don't want to see more and more Clones die just to kill them off. So I kind of don't want them to have another series yet. I hope I'm making sense lol

This is a good idea if you wanted to improve the sequels, there were at least skirmishes and battles in canon before an armistice. But personally I think whatever Dave Filoni makes should overshadow the sequels, (to downplay their shortcomings) with Ahsoka having a role intertwined with the Mortis gods. An example would be make a slight retcon and have the new republic at war with the first order like a sequel style Clone Wars, but all the main characters in the first two movies were in the outer rim and away from the major new republic fleets, and by the 9th movie the new republic had lost the majority of their fleet. It is canon that Thrawn’s return caused a “huge brutal war” with mysterious events surrounding it but was classified and heavily censored by the new republic- I like the idea that imperial remnants did subterfuge and sabotage of the new republic constantly, rather than the (very tiny) first order being able to conquer the “entire galaxy” in months.

Animated shows I would really enjoy: -A show about those younglings from Clone Wars surviving Order 66. -Omega's adventures after she left Pabu. -Ahsoka's introducing to Phoenix Squad and, probably, even meeting Enfys Nest. -Hera mother dying, thus leading to a discussion between her and her father that ultimately led her to leave Ryloth and finding The Ghost. -For Sabine, I would like two different shows. A movie showing her life as an imperial cadet, where she creates The Duchess and then destroy it. Afterwards, she run away and becomes a bounty hunter. Then a series that shows her life as a bounty hunter and in which she meets Ketsu Onryo. -A show or movie that shows us the Massacre of Lasan. I wanna see in first hand how things went down in that faithfull day and what Zeb and Kallus did at the time. -Something that shows what happenned to The Fourth Sister after Barris death and also, keep her redeeming arc going. (Because there's no way she's fully redeemed after a couple of minutes inside the maze, I prefer to think that episode was just the starting point for her) -Also, I want some shows that take place between The Originals. I mean, we have shows between The Prequels and between the Sequels. Why don't we have any show between The Originals?

I think it would be really cool to have a 3 season animated series that takes place during the original trilogy. The first season could take place directly after a new hope and deal with the aftermath of the Death Star’s destruction and the rebels fleeing from Yavin IV. Season 2 could take place directly after the empire strikes back and could even adapt elements of shadows of the empire into canon. Then the 3rd season could take place after the battle of Endor, with us seeing how the new republic was established with the series finale being the battle of Jakku.

I remember hearing some rumors about Visions season 3, so that could be one of the shows. The Clone-wars era one would most likely be a Rex-centered show as the Bad Batch left a lot of unanswered questions and a Rex-centered show set in the early days of the Empire would help answer those questions and explain how Rex ended up being alone on an AT-TE in Rebels and the fates of Echo, Cody, and other fan-favorite clones. I also hope we see Son of Dathomir animated some day because Disney robbed us of some of the best Clone Wars arcs like Son of Dathomir, Crystal Crisis, Dark Disciple, and the Cad Bane/Boba Fett arc.

I have absolutely expected this. Dave Filoni & Crew don't want to leave George Lucas' already mapped out stories on the shelf, including, Star Wars: Underworld. My suspicion is that The Sith, The Inquisitorius, The Hidden Path and The Clones lives after the formation of The Empire will be the storyline for one of the 2 series. I actually think Filoni planned for lengthy stories to come about from his TOTJ and TOTE shorts, respectively. For instance, Barriss Offee's story has only been sketched, so far. Those series were meant to be vignettes...not lengthy blocks of stories. Plus, Filoni was taught by Lucas that storytelling for Live-action, Animation, or TV all are to be taken seriously, and handled in similar manners. After all, Lucas himself said that The Clone Wars is meant to be just as cinematic as the theatrical films. Lucas never really made a distinction between the telling or depictions of the 2...the Radio Dramas were no different either. A Knights Of The Old Republic-related Animated series would be INSANE. It would also make me wonder what connections it might have to whatever James Mangold has been proposing with regard to his, Dawn Of The Jedi film, given that Filoni is now CCO of Lucasfilm Ltd., and, starting after the disaster that was, The Acolyte, nothing gets made without him at least casting eyes on it, and giving feedback and helpful suggestions to its creators. Hope this gets revealed sometime this month or next. May The Force Be With You, Brother.

I'm SO excited to hear this! I believe the true magic of Star Wars has always been in it's animated stories and I definitely believe they should continue them! I would love more than anything to see more stories of the clones. A clone rebellion series about Rex during the early days of the rebellion would be fantastic! A hope of mine would also, of course, to get a series about Kix, after he wakes up years later after being frozen! And, as a loyal and true Clone Wars fan, I am begging for those unfinished episodes!!! (Especially the ones with Ventress and Vos please) I faintly remember Jenifer Corbett, I believe, stating that we will be seeing Ventress again so that gives me hope! It would also be cool to see a "what if" style animated series, of all the potential things that could happen.

tbh think that these 3 things are the most likely (based off hints dropped overtime) but Star Wars has almost limitless opportunities for shows so anything is possible 1. Clone Rebellion Show 2. They can then also re-animate the older seasons to update the highly outdated visuals. They have all the voicelines, ost etc done, so that's no problem. And while that's being worked on, the rest of Lucasfilm can work getting their shit together.

I’m certain one of the Animated shows will be another “Tales of” series. As for what the other could be, I don’t know. But these are the ones I’d like to see: 1. An animated Galactic Civil War series featuring Luke, Han, Leia and co. Similar to the Clone Wars. 2. An animated series set around the High Republic continuing the story of Osha and Qimir. I would like to see a sort of prequel to the Clone Wars show, showing the first batch of clones being raised and trained on Kamino by Jango and the Mandos with perhaps some cameos here and there of a younger version of our favorite heroes. It can be a short series, maybe three or four episodes ending just as they are being deployed to Geonosis. They could make it interesting, perhaps showing some top-secret unsanctioned deployments of Commandos and ARCs being led by their trainers before the war started so they could get some real experience before the real thing happened. Just my two cents.

There are a lot of things they could do in the animated department but I have 2 ideas which I would absolutely love, first would be a Rebellion show set during the Galactic Civil War which would be like CW and really flesh out that era and war, we could also get to see a lot of different characters and perspectives during this time, we could obviously see out main OT heroes and villains, but we could also see characters like Hera and the Ghost crew, maybe see what Ahsoka was doing during this time, see the criminal underworld and bounty hunters, maybe even see characters like Omega and the Bad Batch for an episode or two, overall this show could really flesh out the entire galaxy during that time, I know we had Rebels and Andor but those two are only showing the early days of the Rebellion their beginning when they just resulted in guerrilla tactics as opposed to the actual galactic civil war. The only problem with this show would be the fact we've gotten a lot of comics set during this time which basically tell the entire story of our main heroes and the rebellion, so a large portion of the show would be just adapting those (I really don't want them to retcon those comics because they're pretty good and I just hate retcons in general), and then the rest of the show would be original content showing other perspectives. The second show which I feel would be even better would be a Clone Wars style Sequel show, set after Return of the Jedi and the Fall of the Empire the show would show us the beginning of the New Republic and seeing it grow, it could also show the final days of the war culminating in the battle of Jakku, we could then have this show go on for multiple seasons going throughout those 30 years as we see the New Republic grow, and the First Order slowly rise, we could see Luke's Jedi Order and the downfall of Ben Solo, see Han and Leia's relationship, Leia running for Chancellor (and then her secret of her father being released), we could also get insight into the failings of the New Republic, see Mon Mothma and the other Senators attempt to run the New Republic and deal with the backlog of stuff they have to attend to and the countless planets requesting aid which they can't reach, we could see the New Republic Rangers going on a few missions, they could even tie this into the Mandoverse by having us hear whispers about Thrawn and then when he attacks the galaxy they could do a few seasons on that and build up to it. We could also even see the wider galaxy and how it responds to the New Republic, see the Outer Rim crime syndicates and what happened to them during this era. Then as the show goes on it we begin to get into Sequel territory with them showing us the First Order rising and preparing to attack, Leia pleading the NR to stop them but not taking it seriously so she creates the Resistance, then seeing Luke's Order fall and provide more context for his exile, then finally the series will end with the First Order ready to invade Jakku.

I could see them using the ‘Tales of’ format (Jedi, Empire) to tell some of the un produced clone wars arcs such as Boba getting the armour, Darth Maul on Dathomir, Crystal Crisis? Grevious? I don’t know.

I personally loved the Bad Batch. Just finished watching it on Sunday. I assumed it was deliberate to get 3 seasons so didn't even consider it didn't do well in the ratings. Such a shame.

Absolutely un-interested. They killed off Star Wars. Over 13 years of horrible content with occasional good stuff that still fell lower than usually due to Disney ruining the damn setting. They could go and bring back the likes of Kyle Katarn, Dash Rendar, Revan and far more but I will never go back to Star Wars after all the ruin they did. And more Clone Wars only proves that Disney is desperate.

How can you know so much about Disney-era SW, since you claim to have checked out on it? And, more Clone Wars (like, The Bad Batch) is based on Lucas' own plans for the series. Disney has nothing to do with it. Filoni and his team are spearheading this. Disney, if anything, realized they should've let Lucas' material continue, since it's been the most lucrative over the years...

I enjoyed the bad batch, but it's super frustrating that ultimately, the show left more questions unanswered than answered. What happened to commander cody? What happened to rex and echo's clone rebellion? What happened to delta squad? Hell, they gave Scorch such a meaningless death
