😂actually im from guangxi province, the authentic 螺蛳粉 is not stinky, it has a strong unique wumami smell instead, and it really taste good！especially the ricefield snail boiled inside the soup

@@OurChineseLife 😂well,the smell of 螺蛳粉 is mainly from the pickled bamboo shoots, and it's easy to make pickled bamboo shoots but hard to make a tasty soup which its real flavour comes from, so the more famous for its unique smell, the more restaurant outside of guangxi would do this kind of gimmicks that tricks on you, make the people outside of guangxi to bbelieve that without this stinky smell is not螺蛳粉
