​@@TheHiyasus Not only the protagonists, any character not just wild card users can have a contract in the velvet room, the character Sho minazuki had a contract but he rejected it and he was not a wild card user, and it is hinted that Elizabeth will have a contract in the velvet room and she herself is a velvet room attendants
