7:01 first try reading their behavior normally they’ll pretend that their tame and cruz and once you take your shot the dip real quick. all you need do is look less threatening by slowly moving your gun by your hips then scratch a little bit to catch their attention and once they present you a shot take it 🤙🏽 it always works for me

Great question! There are a lot of good videos on KZbin to help you train your breath hold. Some good apps too. Cardio helps as well, but I find the best for me is just more time in the water with good reliable dive partners and it'll improve on its own 👍
