I loved this episode, the growing Clark & John Henry friendship gives me Oliver & Diggle season 1 vibes, I agree that those drugs might overtime unlock johns abilities permanently, I think Chrissy is making this thing with Lois more then it should be, that Superman Vs Bizarro fight was great.

I loved the episode, but I do have my two gripes: 1. They better not kill off John Henry, I feel like that would send Natalie off the deep end and turn her the way of Lex Luthor (being xenophobic towards Kryptonians). 2. Jonathan was a total idiot in deciding to try X-Kryptonite, when he's seen what it does. Basically Kryptonian steroids.

Good ear Omni! Bizzaro's theme is the beginning of the main/Clark's/Superman's theme in reverse (I checked because I was curious too) It's interesting that both Clark and Jon have the same major flaw this season - they don't ask for help when they need it. Clark needed to get help from Anderson and his team, but ended up getting John Henry hurt because of trying to protect those kids. Jon is hurting himself by taking the X K when he needs to rely on his family for support and to ease his frustrations, especially his brother who he rarely ever lets comfort/be there for him. Clark is older so his flaw isn't as bad, but the results are just as bad, if not worse. I just hope Jon doesn't get himself kicked off the team and out of football smh

18:34 This theory, it's kinda where my head is at as well. In the Lois Lane limited series that was published back in 2019-20 one of the major plot points was the idea that people could connect with other versions of themselves across the multiverse, thereby becoming a more complete and better version of themselves. It was strongly implied in the comic that Lois had already done this and the reason why she such a great journalist/mom/human being is because she's not just her universe's Lois, but a Lois that draws on all versions of herself simultaneously. Now, I don't know if that's what exactly is happening here, but watching the episode made me think of that comic and the idea makes too much sense to not at least consider. How this fits into the storyline on the show, if it does at all, remains to be seen but it's an interesting possibility to consider.

This was such a good episode. Probably my favourite this season. I really enjoyed last weeks ep but this was the first ep in season 2 where I was completely invested in all the story lines going on. The previous eps, the mayor storyline & some of the teen stuff didn't hit for me. I wonder if Tag gave the necklace to Anderson & what's going on with it. Definitely has to be some link between Bizarro & the cult. X-K and Jon aint going to go well, I think Natalie will be the one to see what's going on there. I get why Lois is doing what she's doing, it's family, but yikes, her approach with Lucy is so wrong. So many questions!

I don't think that Lois reveal was big enough to cause that much doubt in her. What difference does it make why Lucy took the drugs? If anything it makes Ally seem more dangerous. I think either she's affecting Chrissy somehow, or Chrissy has decided to play along to get inside. She's too smart to cave so easily.. I'd expect that kind of out of character behavior on the other CW shows, but this one hasn't done that so far.

I think with Chrissy it does. They're supposed to be partners and this is the second time Lois hasn't told her the full story because family were involved. As a viewer I completely know and understand why Lois has done this but from Chrissy's pov this was her idol. Chrissy had Lois on a pedestal which will hit harder when you realise your idol is human and not perfect. I also think in general it's enough to class doubt on Lois's integrity, in that it shows she's willing to pick & choose what parts of a story she thinks should be included instead of the full story from the source.

Chrissy is probably tricking both Ally and Lois. She's secretly on Lois's side but she has to convince Ally that she's not, and Chrissy probably doesn't trust Lois not to blow her cover. She's still in business with Lois, so if she goes down, they both go down.

My theory is that Ally Alston is the person that the Faulkner lady was talking too. My theory is that she wants Bizarro to kill Superman, because she either she knows that Lois is married to Superman because Lucy told her or because she wants to get rid of him so it would be easier to go after Lois. I mean they are going to have to connect the storylines.

Hey Omn1, just to make you aware as you are fixated on it. This is not set on the same Earth as the other CW Arrowverse shows. For a start that is not the same Lucy Lane as the one from Supergirl who was military. And Berlanti already said this is an alternate Earth.

Keep watching man, I'm way ahead of you, since I've already finished the season months ago. None of that was confirmed until the season finale. And that was a mid game decision confirmed by the show runner. It was always intended to be on the same earth until DC/WB interfered with the new leadership. Crisis set up and already explained all of that stuff with Lucy. I'm still pissed off about all of that...so it's a touchy subject.
