A couple comments here opining that Sabine isn’t using the force in that training scene when she turns to face Ahsoka, but rather her own heightened senses. I would argue that both are correct - she’s using her own heightened senses *with* the force.

If Jacen becomes a Sith Lord, it's because of Chopper's upbringing.

Whats with all the chopper hate? Its like a meme right? So many 'good' guys are almost genocidal but everyone jumps on a robot. Smh

I am surprised that is how seatoss is written. It certainly is a word play on "Cetus" the mythological ancient Greek sea creature and star constellation called "the Whale" in English.

Fun fact about Huyang; he has a cameo in a newer book about Anakin and Obi-Wan that takes place immediately after Attack of the Clones, and it's mentioned that no one at the temple knows how he was constructed, only that he showed up one day in a blue box.

Mauls voice was in episode 1 where ahsoka is in the map temple

Seatos also sounds similar to Cetus the whale constellation, a pit stop to the Purrgil also known as Star Whales as Huyang refers to them as. Cetus was a whale-like sea monster in Greek mythology, sent by the sea god Poseidon to wreak havoc on the kingdom of ancient Aethiopia as punishment to the King and Queen, Cetus was the monster that Greek Hero Perseus slain to save Princess Andromeda (from being devoured), who is Daughter of King Cepheus and Queen Cassiopeia.

I don't think Sabine sensing Ahsoka and turning around to face her during that training scene, had anything to do with the Force. I think it was just because her other senses were heightened due to her being basically blindfolded. Cutting one's sense of sight might have also increased her focus and concentration.

8:55 - I don't know if I would give credit to Sabines force sensitivity there but purely to her hearing and general awarness.

I enjoyed Ahsoka so far as well. Thanks for your honest reactions even though being positive about Star Wars doesn't get the views as those who slam it. Thanks for not selling out your morals.

Seatos is reminiscent of Cetacean referring to whales. If Seatos is a reflex point between the galaxies then Space Whales would be common there

Guess we’ll have to wait to see who the mysterious character is but I could make an argument for any of the guesses. Even Ezra. He could go to the dark side or is undercover. They move through space and time. He could have travelled through time to an earlier moment to create this identity so no one would know. Sorry my brain keeps whirling about the possibilities.

I have seen a bunch of hate or apathy toward this episode from reactors/CCs that I usually agree with, but I just don't get it. Yes, I do wish the episode was longer, but as the video shows, a lot was learned in this episode. I thoroughly enjoyed Sabine's training. I commented elsewhere (some Thor guy's video) why I think the training is important, but suffice it to say, I think Ahsoka sees the same brashness in Sabine. She has Tech's smarts, but not his discipline. Jedi training can give that to her. Ahsoka has learned the hard way the importance of discipline, to now, as an adult, she is much more measured. To not make Sabine a Jedi, but use the training to instill discipline she will need to fight other force users. Anyway, great video as always!

You should react to Contact my guy. It’s such a confusing movie - and I don’t just mean narratively, in the movie. I mean that it’s also confusing in that one watches it and then says “Wait, was this movie incredible or was it terrible? Why can’t I tell? What madness is this?!”

Contact was a very good movie you have to watch it, even maybe do a reaction.

Voss is great, always must-watch, but he’s way, way too hung up on the credits thing with Paul Darnell. Paul IS playing Marrok. Physically. In the suit. Lateef Crowder gets credited in the Mandalorian, too. That’s 100% Sam Witwer’s voice coming out of Marrok’s helmet.
@jasonmarbach Жыл бұрын
Of course, Marrok could still be a random new character voiced by Sam Witwer. But combined with all the other symbolic Mortis gods stuff and how Dave has long considered canonizing Galen Marek as an Inquisitor, I still think the prudent thing to assume (if we assume anything - ignoring the theories and just going on the ride is perfectly valid, too) is that it’s Starkiller (some version of him) until proven otherwise.
