The reason Viktor left Jayce like that in episode 2 is because when he took Sky's book off the table, he saw the blueprints of the hextech weapon he made for Caitlyn. Jayce promised Viktor that he wouldn't make any more hextech weapons. Now that I've looked back at Episode 1, we even see a disturbed look on Viktor's face in the last scene when Jayce puts the hextech crystal in Caitlyn's new weapon.

Its weird to me that everyone assumes that Jinx made a grab for power. Like it really doesnt match up with her character at all. Shes never once appeared to want to be in charge

Yeah i didnt think it matched her at all. It was never her intention. Her intentions were always to prove her self strong to the people she loved. I see the misconception thought because before the intro of Margot, I thought that statue was Jinx. The trailers made people think that way. Although I thought that Power Vaccum intro was pretty clear on who the leaders were in Zaun.

I saw someone on Twitter point out that Sevika getting more and more into the fight the more she used the arm Jinx gave her was Gambler's High setting in. Sevika is a gambler, a detail from S1 was that we constantly saw her gambling when she was off duty, Jinx knew this about her, and made the arm specifically to suit Sevika's personality, because Jinx is a very observant person despite her issues. Sevika's normal arm is her serious side, and the arm Jinx made her is that little bit of fun she doesn't let mix with her business, and now Jinx has given her a way to mix the two sides without lessening either.

We know almost nothing about her, except for her personality, and she keeps getting bigger and bigger in the show. She would make a good addition to the game and main cast, I like her.

Honestly the only other character I've seen who's successfully had a weapon that involved gambling so heavily was Kite in Hunter x Hunter, and they're both some of my favorite characters in their pieces of media

As far as I can tell, Jinx actually had no interest in messing with "topside" at all after her attack on the Council in Episode 9. In a way, that attack was simply her finishing Silco's work - she made it pretty clear, that she wasn't going to bother either Vi or Cait any more as she just walked away from them (I don't think she even knew Caitlyn's mother was a Councilor). She'd pretty much accepted that their relationship was different now, and seemed to be just wandering around the Undercity with no actual plans for what to do next, except "watch it all burn," Then Vi shows up, as an enforcer, in a cloud of poison, in a place that holds special meaning for both of them, hunting Jinx... That's when she decided she wasn't done with Piltover, I think.

The animation during the fight scene between Sevika and Smeech is awesome. From the epic bombastic parts down to the intricacies of Jinx's facial and body expressions. Spectacular stuff.

32:00. Shimmer was used by viktor during his experiment with the hexcore. I think viktor's like a bridge between the shimmer (which was implied to be the "wild runes equivalent" of The Void, creating those purple plants that Singed was feeding Rio. So it feels like viktor's the amalgamation of hextech and shimmer, the arcane and the void, and i'm starting to fear that his visions of Sky are not actually sky or even her memory, but similar to Chang Shi's dad (hte 10 rings leader, the mandarin) being tricked by the dwelling beast to try to "open the gate", and we see viktor at the end of this episode in front of a "gate" circle, and that's where sky's ghost lead him. I think viktor might be thinking he's doing a good thing, but he's being deceived by the arcane/void to unleash something worse.

I just realized something as I am watching, after the savika fight she ask jymx what shes planning. jynx says "going to finish off whats left of my family" she was not talking about killing VI, she was talking about herself. death would be a gift, and at the end of the fight she says "this was not the plan". I think she was planning to poison piltover and die a martyr for zahn. Or maybe she was going to kill everyone, herself included.

Just wondering, how did you come to the conclusion that Jinx was responsible for the attack at the memorial? The Chem-Baron Renni was behind it as revenge for her son. Also, this definitely takes place after the attack since we see Renni disappear when they show the Chem-Barons and who is left in the beginning. I didn't think Sevika would team up with Jinx but it makes a lot of sense. She seems to be averse to being in a leadership role, just as much as Jinx, and she has a sliver of honor and loyalty to the people of Zaun. On top of that, they both the protege of Silco and Vander; to a lesser degree. I like them together because Sevika is pretty much the only person Jinx has left, and the only one that can keep Jinx from going totally off the rails. I also love the introduction of the kid, Isha I think is their name. Jinx is kind of assembling a new family again, even if she doesn't want to. Hextech Jesus is a little reductive but also apt. I am just concerned if there is a price to Viktor's transformation besides the seeming obliteration of self. The imagery is awesome though.

I both like and dislike the fight scene with Jinx and Sevika. I like it because it is a very well coreographed and superbly animated action scene, i dislike it because of the arm and its gambling gimmick. Feels like they are advertizing a new champion with a rng component instead of making a better, deadlier replacement for Sevikas arm. Like the higher ups demanded this and they made it as well and cool as possible.
