I figured out how to automate drone assembly...
HexxySkies is an addon for Hexcasting that adds compatibility with Valkyrien Skies:

It has a spell that can assemble ships.
Hextweaks 4.0.0 is another Hexcasting addon that adds compatibility with Computercraft:

Combined we can automate drone assembly. It's fast but it'll cost you fuel to run.

How did you get a version of hexsky for 1.19.2 or hexcasting for 1.20+ ? Can't seem to find them anywhere.
