I'm new to Dexcom & was annoyed by the every 5 minute alert on highs also (I KNOW I'M HIGH! IT'S NOT GOING DOWN IN 5 MINUTES!), but I just realized it was user error. I was clearing the notifications. Instead go into the app & click OK. Then it should revert to the repeat time you've selected in your Dexcom settings under CGM alerts, High, Repeat. Hope that helps. I've enjoyed your Omnipod videos. Helpful information. I'm switching from 12 year old Medtronic pump to Omnipod very soon.

I use SugarMate to display my Dexcom values on my Apple Watch 5. It uses the native calendar to display, so the complication always shows a value. You do t need to open it.

Is your control better with the new pump? Or do you feel like it’s similar?

Question I started last Friday and every time I pull the plastic tab on a new pod insulin sprays quite a bit is this normal?

I haven’t noticed mine spraying out. However, it could be possible if the priming stage builds up pressure. Mine do leak some when I remove the cap. But I haven’t seen it spray.
