Theory time! Sunny has reached the limit of his mental health. All of that trauma, selective amnesia, dissociation from reality, isolation, guilt, hallucinations, physical and mental neglect, and self-destructive/suicidal behaviors coupled with the events of the game has caused Sunny to reach his breaking point. What does that mean? I don't know, but I bet Sunny will lose all control of his emotions, mind, and body to a point even Omori can't help him, maybe it's akin to schizophrenia or psychosis or even brain death. The fact is that the rejection of Hero and Aubrey together with their guilt towards Basil, Kel, and going back to the stairs have provoked that attack in Sunny. And Sunny is unaware of this (and I don't know if he would care if he knew) but Omori is aware of it that's why he's putting up so many black light bulbs and pressuring Sunny to leave town or forget everything, since Sunny can't afford another relapse. (Maybe Ghost Mari is aware of this and that's why she's taking such drastic measures with the others to help Sunny or maybe not ; ) )

I can’t wait to see the next episodes. It would be so cool if Sunny’s friends end up exploring every door in black space. There’s ones where basil continuously gets killed AND there’s one with all of his friends heads on the wall. I really want to see how they’d react to that.

Well... The Wisest was thrown into the Abyss for supposedly "betraying" The Dreamer, right? She was exiled. Banished. If Omori wants Sunny to forget about his friends, Blackspace may not be enough. Maybe they need to be exiled as well.

Yeah, the wisest, ABBI, was thrown into the abyss because she told Sunny to forgive himself for Mari's death. It's more fucked up when you think about it, because in the Hikikomori route, if you forgive ABBI, she tell's she forgot a great truth, meaning that Omori literally wiped any trace of what happened away from Sunny's mind, meaning he may never get over his trauma and forgive himself, meaning he may be a husk of who he was for the rest of his life, living in a dream as a 12 year old boy.

Ok ok so I'm alittle late but I love this series. It's always so cool to see omori AUs and theorys. I'm hoping that in one of these episodes, sunny will be able to talk to his friends about how he feels, mabey get a therapist... a PROFESSIONAL therapist. But I suppose that may be wishful thinking, I know alot of these theorys don't usually end in a happy ending...

Damn, what would basil think of all these rooms with him dying. Would he think its becuase sunny hates him or would he connect it to the incident. Or, or, he may think that its SOMETHING inside sunny's mind and might think blackspace is based on SOMETHING as a alternate personality that sunny wants to forget. Also, sorry for this long comment
