I’ve been trying to pair to my device and it just won’t. It seem it doesn’t work with the Evolv HEM-7600T-E model. It’s frustrating.

How do I connect it to my computer or get the device to store readings? My BP652 can store several readings, but the new BP7000 doesn't even show the most recent reading.

I FIGURED IT OUT! I was running into the issue where it kept asking me to select a User. Then it will ask you try to overwrite said user, but then it would loop back to the same question until you run into an error. It's not a hardware issue.. it's an app design flaw. You will need to actually press on the little USER 1 | USER 2 icon that is under the text which almost looks greyed out. I hope this helps.

I have a “legacy” model BP786N. When I hit the sync/clock/transfer/zigzagline button, I just see the word “off” flashing. Then it stops flashing. What is happening?! No zeroes. No Ps.

Hold down the transfer/Bluetooth button for 3-5 seconds and the P will pop up.

Got it! I found my old phone and had to delete that iPhone in the settings. That was the hold up. Also be sure after “ Forget this device“ on both phones remember to turn off the phones and the blood pressure machine and restart the new phone and machine again

It connects to your smartphone and you can access your BP log . You can manually keep a log without pairing too.

My BP5450 shows that it paired but on iPhone it shows disconnected. I also cannot sync. I cannot choose measurement intervals and the year. This is a horrible device. I will call them tomorrow and if no resolution, it is going back to Amazon.

I use a lot of Bluetooth devices. These have to be the most convoluted instructions I’ve ever seen. My 5450 device doesn’t even show up for pairing. Restarted phone and device. Un and reinstalled the app. Nada. Ridiculous

Same here. Today I received my new BP 5450. No Omron device appears in my Bluetooth list on my iPhone. Probably never will. I’m still glad I got a new machine because my old one was at least 15 years old. Cardiologist put me on med for high BP so I want to monitor this more than previously. I like the feature that it can automatically do 3 readings and average them.

My Omron quit putting new readings on my list after having it for years. I tried reconnecting by the video and it didn’t work. I read a comment that said remove any old phones from my device list. I removed obsolete devices then followed the video again and it paired immediately. I learned this in a customer comment. It was not a part of the video. 2:25

I’m trying to pair a IntelliSense for like 30 minutes and it’s not pairing and I work in technology for the last 30 years. This is a piece of crap. Pairing Bluetooth should not be difficult. It seems that the Bluetooth in this device does not even work it just keeps blinking.

The app really is very poor. The pairing works sometimes, but not others. The email support is usesless, telling me to call. The phone support steps me through a process that makes the device work just one time; Next time I take a BP it does not work. Terrible. I wish I had bought a competitive unit.

Also when you sell many different devices you need to have different videos. I am pairing intelli Sense and it is not pairing. I am surprised that you pay more than 200$ for a premium machine which doesn’t even pair. Also, I try to take my blood pressure without pairing and it keeps giving an E5 error message which means that the cuff is not put on correctly whereas it is put on correctly. This is going back with a bad review

I have a different type of Omron than in this clip. The instructions are horrible. This is has to be the top of the most worse instructions I ever had for anything....The amount of pages to read for the terms of agreement is insane. Who the heck wants to read a book just to monitor your blood pressure? They have to know most ppl won't read it, so it almost seem like a scam. It took forever to find the button on the back of device for the pairing because it doesn't clearly show where it it.

The directions in the app say to be sure the monitor is turned OFF. This needs to be corrected in the app directions as you can’t pair the device when it’s turned off!
