OMSI 2 The Bus Simulator - Volvo Super Olympian - Wright Gemini - Review

A quick review of AD156's "Volvo Super Olympian" with Wrightbus bodywork.
Hope you guys like the video! It sadly isn't quite as structured as my other reviews of his work as I have never travelled on one of these so I really cannot compare it to the real thing.

This bus is actually an import from the Midtown Madness 2, as AD156 used to make buses for that old 2000 game.

I have tried this bus and i think it is pretty legit to be honest. However i was driving at night and i found out that the destination display light does not illuminate which really frustrates me! Good review once again Joe.

A reason for the double licenses plates at the back is because the upper is located inside a glass and it is quite difficult to be noticed for others such as police officers. As a result, Transport Department has required KMB to put another license plate at the bottom. These patch of buses equipped with Wright body Volvo Super Olympian is the only patch of buses that have two license plates at the back

Another thing is the seats are the original one for the buses that entered service between 2003- around 2010. KMB has now had a new model of the seats which are equipped in the new buses. And windows are no longer a default facility as all bus fleets have air con

Yes it is a Volvo super Olympian however the gemini was only built on dual axle the tri axle was called the Wright explorer

The right door of the real bus in HK can't only open by the buttons.I saw some bus drivers opens it when no passengers on the bus.The door only opens when the driver pulls it.So,is common that when you opens it only,it won't has sound.

Great Review ! you missed out a few detailing, the rear emergency door can be manually opened and the emergency open switch can be used from the inside !

Joe Dobson And, I am sure the engine cover opens too. Seen that on another video. Oh, and the fans do spin if you turn the A/C on. But nevermind. It is AD156's best bus and shows his progress. And just like AD156, I have noticed that your reviews have improved too!

Well yes, but it just shows improvements that he is doing. He is learning as he goes along. With the help of some other people at Aussiex, he could probably make some better UK buses.

@10:10ish the weird thing is for the fare. It is a clear window so the driver can see the dosh and count it. I used to use the late Henderson Travel buses and they had them.
