I watched this video a year ago and I started applying this technique and Now i am again coming on this video to share its benefits which I got. As you said my efficiency increased by 100% is truth. I'm preparing for competitive exams and now I started cracking those exams with this techniques. Heyy in my house their are 2 childrens the whole day they are shouting running putting the stuff here and their doing mischievous things but rather shouting on them I try myself to more concentrate in study and in this difficult task I put my brain to concentrate and guess what if those children play outside of home when I came to study in this situation I no need to concentrate that concentration already I exercised in my mind and that's help me alone more effectively when I'm study
