The question is that sometimes a moment comes in one’s life, sometimes it comes every day, sometimes it comes every hour, sometimes it comes once a week or sometimes it comes in a month or a year. A moment comes when a person says that it becomes too much. When a person becomes so anxious and restless, at that moment he does not understand what to do. If he tries to chant with the beads, he can’t concentrate, when he tries to read any scripture, the mind does not want to read, nothing appeals to him at that point. It becomes very difficult to get out of that situation.
