Par aaj agar socha jaaye suppose aap well settle ho k shaadi kar lete aur apni family life chalaate to ye samaaj..ye duniya kitne mahaan saint ko kabhi mil ya dekh nahi paati...aaj kitne logon ki family ka aap hissa ho... Only spiritual master who pays so much attention to putting in your own effort and leads by example. He is the only one who says 4 hrs of minimum meditation to move the needle. Others would make u believe 20 min is enough and nothing really happens with that.

Swami Ji has mentioned to start sadhana on full moon but before initiating Gayatri sadhana a day before initiating sadhana sankalp has to be taken where mantra has to be chanted about 3-4 rounds so my question here is does the sankalp has to be taken on full moon day itself or a day before ?
