Thanks Denise. That site has been around for many years as someone commented. It can be a bit tricky getting out onto the main road, which is around a mile away. It was very peaceful.

Oh dear Gary what a shame ! We recently had to do a ten point turn in St Ives of all places (you can imagine the hill we were stuck On!,)and clipped the back of the caravan,these things happen I suppose All the best to the family

Hi Graham, yes the car is going to cost me £300 excess, but it needs fixing and should look nice. We are away at the weekend for 1 night only off grid. William is working now and will only be coming 1 weekend per month.

Those Whale pins are very poorly designed, I regularly have to re wire them which is a right pain. Site fees this year have become very expensive.We have paid between £25 to £27.50 on CL's with EHUI CAMC sites are now far too much

Hi Frank, we have ceased Club memberships, due to expensive fees and lack of availability. During winter, you can get a pitch with electric for £20. For 1 or 2 nights only, you don't even need electric hook up. We supplement using a Jackery for anything light use 3 pin.
