I remember the second fight you couldn’t find a pub to get into they were all packed and not letting anyone else in, in Adelaide. I ended up in the cocktail bar at the lakes hotel because I luckily met a guy that worked there the week before and he let me in. It definitely was a big fight.

Anthony Mundine came into boxing after he left a profesional football career & talked it up like he deserved a title shot from day said he was going to professional boxing ... this is what stired up Danny & a lot of Aussies boxing fans because Mundine waa offered fights that others in boxing who had done tge hard yard's deserved above him ...

How lucky is Australia and Perth having a genuine fighter like Danny Green. The man has done everything in Boxing. Representing Australia as an Amateur, winning world titles, managing and coaching fighters. Straight shooter, honest and loyal I luv this bloke. Oh yeah i remember that fight with Sean Sullivan it scared the hell out of me.

You should have seen my fight after school behind the rebound wall.. it was 1988 , I remember because the olympics were on that year and i was watching ben johnson sprint to victory ..it was me vs Troy mckonkey better known as Donkey..fists were flying for 4 minutes straight ..blood pouring from our faces ..and then i unleashed a left hook that dropped donkey Mckonkey ..he was down and out ..i was the man after that ..ithey were all scared of me including Darren Paul .. im not a youngster anymore but if i was to have a street fight today i would still win.
