I am from Pakistan and after hearing this case details, reading about it and watching her relative videos and your video my heart is crying out. I am crying literally tears are all over my face unable to write a comment but she deserve justice. She was one of those girls who want to stand out in society through her hardwork. Her 10 years of hardwork and sleepless nights plus her parents efforts shouldnt be ruined because of some animals. She deserve justice!!!!!!

Solution for this all rape incidents is. Thinking of about the answer for the question "" Who is her silence encouraging ?!"" knowingly or unknowingly by the person in society. the answer is soo deep of course to think how we r responsible , but it's we who are responsible who forgets our "" duty"". And so the answer to above Question mentioned is it's us ( society) who keep silence Example:- abusive words about girls in friends as they are making fun out of it, making abusive words on private parts making fun of it, irrespective words referring to like m***chod etc to mother (this leads to degradation of showing respect to women out there by that rascal, one should stop and hit on mouth when girls topic came in bad way) , No person should make comment or make bad words to qirls who are outsmarting and exposing through social media. Just leave them instead comment it's bad and don't support for them to get likes or views by that... So they can change ( treat them as our family members though) And stop watching and supporting to 18+ memes out there report them, etc etc,,. So people can't get effected by knowing such in descent words or things. 2) society should be responsible at Watching out in the public places as women work out there has to be monitored by a person through CC tv( he/she who has this as there duty should work properly, that's it🤷‍♂️) ,as we see in Kolkata case if she has been monitored AS THEIR DUTY. There's no way to know what actually happened to Di that night. I've tried to piece together a draft from bits and pieces of leaks and clues. I don't know how much of it is true, so you can consider it speculative fiction if you like. By now, everyone surely knows that a downright unethical broker syndicate is at work. Some think it's a sex racket, but I believe it's a drug mafia behind it. And by "drug mafia," I don't just mean narcotics. The swapping of hospital medicines for profit also cannot be ruled out. The main mastermind behind running this dark empire is the principal of that college. Under his protection and supervision, all the crimes are carried out, with some rising leaders from the TMCP unit acting as henchmen. This allows them to exercise power on the one hand and cover the costs of their drinking and revelry on the other. Anyone who protested was silenced by threats of failing, being barred from staying in the hostel, or being prevented from taking exams. This went on until Di protested against this injustice. That was about a month ago, after which Di faced extreme harassment. Neither the HOD nor any seniors from the department looked back to help her. At some point, Di realized that it would be tough to complete her course if this non-cooperation continued. Even telling her family didn't help; what could her helpless elderly parents do? Then, on her boyfriend's advice, Di started gathering evidence against them, so that if anything. went wrong, she would have the means to fight legally. The turning point came when the department people found out about this and immediately. informed the boys from the TMCP unit. They decided they had to settle things quickly. At most, he could be charged with having sex with a corpse or necrophilia, for which there's no punishment under Indian law. Then, they conveniently left Sanjay's earphones on the ground as if the criminal had knowingly left the most obvious trace behind. Surely, you saw the news about Di's car being vandalized. That was done to retrieve and destroy those pieces of evidence. Everything else went according to the script. When the honorable person received confirmed information that everything from evidence tampering to erasing the last clue to catching the criminals had been done, she gave the green signal for the CBI with utmost peace.

He was an intern there and was collaborating with Mamata Banerjee and Abhishek Banerjee to smuggle organs safely. The victim became aware of their activities and,as a result, was brutally raped and tortured. It was reported that her eyes were bleeding - a condition that occurs when someone's neck is tightly squeezed or when a lot of pressure is applied to one's chest. The rape was committed by atleast 10 individuals including Nirmal Maji's son, some doctors and TMC supporters. As long as Mamata Banerjee will remain in powers, Kolkata's downfall will continue. A new type of threat is emerging in Kolkata, where TMC supported use the phrase "R G kar kore chere debo" meaning they will unleash terror akin to what happened to the girl in R G kar. The victim not discovered their organ smuggling operation but also threatened to expose them, leading to her tragic death.

When there is so much evidence of tampering with evidence and possible framing of an individual, it is important that the focus is not shifted away from the state governments culpability, especially in the light of other disturbing incidents of similar nature. I see comments making it seem as if all of India is like this and trying to show the country itself in a bad light. That doesn't serve the purpose of bringing justice to the victim. It only diverts attention away from the real criminals. It is important to focus on the failure of the state so that the centre also becomes pressurised to take action especially when international attention also is drawn to the actual culprits.

Moumita found a drug racket which was operated by a TMC mla’s son, they had been harassing her for 2 months to suppress her and in the end planned this crime. Sandip Ghosh was a principal of a district college before that, always had good relation with TMC, so they promoted him to this college. Why did TMC sent goons from Bangladesh on the night of 14th August to destroy the crime scene and beat the doctors and patients of RG Kar hospital? Mamata asked for a week from HC to investigate(tbh tamper the evidence) but HC immediately gave the case to CBI There were 5 people loitering at the 4th floor of Chest Medicine Department at that time according to the CCTV camera near the floor entrance, the ENTIRE FLOOR HAD NO OTHER cctv, not even in front of seminar hall where she was found bleeding into the mattress. I am watching from the UK, so an NRI, however, I can remember being a small child of 7yrs and visiting India for the first time, being constantly stared at and covertly undressed by the males continuously, each time I visited India and it still goes on today, even though I am in my fifties now. When I visit India, you will NEVER find me outside after dark, ONLY if I am accompanied by friends, or, relatives will I go out; in 2016 I did the Char Dham yatra, I was in India for nearly 6mths and I never, ever stepped out into the night because I was absolutely terrified of what could happen to me. I even worked in Doha, Qatar for a year and never felt scared to go out by myself when it was dark to the Malls, you knew it would be safe, BUT NEVER in India - big shame. The disgusting mentality of these sick, desperate and vulgar animals, which is most likely 80% of the Indian male population, are driven by the filth they watch and see in Bollywood movies, you mentioned porn anyway, the low intelligence of certain minorities whereby, they have no education at all, so therefore, cannot even distinguish between right, or, wrong, the injustice that woman have been on the receiving end when it comes to religion, religious scriptures and `rules' around keeping away from the female gender, dismissing woman, as if they were just slaves and child making machines, labelling and treating woman as sex objects, which again, the Govt. has failed on epic proportions to distil, yet they want India to be seen as a modern country, LOL. Very true indeed, you speak the TRUTH and by warning other females out there, you are doing a great SEVA/justice to the world and the female population in general. I would highly recommend, that if you are an Indian female looking to study and become a medical professional, look for jobs abroad and outside of this hell hole, where you will be respected and treated like a human being and your parents, will not find you 3urdered one day. Stay safe and although you probably want what is best for this sexually depraved nation, think about your OWN SAFETY first and foremost. When India is left with no doctors to treat their ill and elderly, there will be a clear message for the Govt. of India, as well as the entire globe. BIG kudos and respect to you Anuj, for highlighting all the facts, the amount of CORRUPTION involved here and what everyone should be asking themselves and others. Sir in west bengal our cm is the terror queen ..she and the ruling party is Directly related to this murder....on duty nurses of us got rape threats from last night mob attack on rg kar night shifts...wb police seeked help from nurses so that they can hide in ward toilets, nurses rooms...and one sister in charge helped the staff nurses to run from the hospital..the mobs threatened they will come again and will rape the staffs... I am from kolkata have voice recording where this doctor was planning to go against the system and report. Her thesis was asked so that a failure student could be passed. There are various rackets involved in this hospital. This rape was done with a broader intention. The principal of this college used to take money to pass the students and a meritorious student' s thesis were replaced, she was being harrassed from several months. She was targetted and purposely given night shifts and on that day the principal knew everything. And lot of people are involved into this. The goons were sent to remove the evidences.

I"m a neet aspirant..from yesterday i can't stop myself thinking about it..I didn't sleep well.. constantly thinking about the pain the victim has gone through and on the other side thinking about the future field safety I"m giving my potential into..This is just so traumatic to the level that it can't be described in words...everytime i hear victim's parent describing her dead daughter's situation😢😢😢I get shivers everytime..I"ve a neuro disorder(seizures)due to which my sleep also get affected if i overthink a lot but this is the case i can't stop myself thinking about..and how can't i see these vdos coz.seeing and sharing these vdos is the only help i can do to the victim's family.Thanks Anuj bhaiya
