Bro u can do it. Start with simple stick animation the slowly move up maybe even find ur own style

Get started in art, and mess around with animation for three years straight. It's okay to take breaks, but very few. If you have trouble finding a style that works for you then use reference from artists you like, but never trace. Tracing gets you just about nowhere. Also I recommend learning how to draw more realistically before you really get started on cartoons. If you know the anatomy of basic animals or humans, then you can translate that into goofy cartoons. In the end, find a process that works for you. Good luck!
