Thanks for the update 👏👍

Glad she was able to have a good lawyer to protect her. Sad the town started this by hiring an incompetent, inexperienced, chief of police with a questionable side job . Sadder still they defended him having that side job which would humiliate and dishonor the respect of his position. I hope she does not return to her job - the council does not deserve such an honest and brave employee in their midst . Instead, I hope she is given bucket loads of money and can decide her future without financial distress. As for the police chief - perhaps he should return to doing videos of a slightly pornographic nature.

Hiring someone for chief who had no supervisory or management experience raises a red flag; that he had many years as a cop and was never promoted makes the hire very suspicious.

@@549BR I do not care about someone 's personal life choices. But, when it is to the point it can be used to possibly negatively influence their authority in legal issues, yeah, his and his wife's " videos " becomes a huge liability for the town . Maybe lol he should quit and then that $3,-$5,000 / month they were pulling in from shaking their tushes could become a full time gig. Cause @ this point if the town let's him go and with all this negative notoriety he will most likely find it difficult to locate another position in law enforcement.

Try an EEOC and a lawsuit against USPS? Time consuming and the harshest treatment for following through! I was successful, my attorney was the best to fight the federal government! USPS stated in their monthly magazine “If you are willing to sue the postal service be prepared for a fight!” Two women after my success filed lawsuits settled under NDA. They tried an NDA on my case, but couldn’t match what my attorney asked for. If the USPS wanted a signed NDA from me, we wanted the USPS to sign the same with monetary attached. The postmaster loved telling people when he was drunk how he could do as he pleased with every female at the post office and nothing would happen! He was right! He retired to his wife’s liquor store in Warrenton, Oregon, full retirement benefits! USPS still pay me for almost 30 yrs after my sexual assault and sexual harassment lawsuit! I refused to give in to the stack of Pe**is they tried intimidate me with and I had the NALC Union standing behind me, I was an administration clerk! Never Give Up Your Rights!

James Madison Audits had a whistleblower inside the Daytona Beach Shores Police tip him off to an officer who, for the second time and with his send child, handcuffed and locked his 3-year-old in a jail cell. Why? For pooping her pants. From the chief down they have run a coverup. On video James has documented his many visits to this office and that ... then sent to yet another office, all in an attempt to get records. So far James has spent $3,200 to acquire PUBLIC records. The public must spend $3,200 to see what is going on with taxpayer-funded police? No matter what you think of 1st Amendment auditors, and there are many asshats doing it for attention/views, James is a former cop who got sick of the corruption. And, only because of James and his relentless search for the truth has this come to light. It finally made news in their local paper yesterday, citing James as the reason. Despicable. Great videos you are sharing with us to show how corrupt the legal process is.
