I wish this could be included in South African Primary Schools and in our official languages. I have a 10 year old son who's concentration span is 5 minutes this boy can't sleep without turn a 100 times😳 So i started to meditate with him every morning using the 3 finger techniques, the 100-1, 50-1 then 25-1 and it works like magic look we are in the beginning process and the change in him is amazing. Just a thought.
