Thanks for this well done video as a tribute to our favorite Pop Dance Diva Donna Summer, in her 9th year after passing. She was and she will be one of the best female vocalist ever. Nobody like her. Rip in heaven. Let's keep her legacy alive !

Thank u for remembering the Queen and our dear friend ! Thought of her and her family today and how much they must miss her and long for her to see all that has become of their family since she departed. Thanks for people like you who help us to never forget by keeping her music and memory alive!

Words cannot express my heartbreak. My wife had to sit me down to tell me of her passing; she knew I would not take it well. I was in mourning for three days. My wish was to honor her, so I flew to Tennessee 3 weeks ago to visit her grave. I cried the whole time there.

@@Jcrash71 I do. Like it was yesterday. Woke up Got my coffee. Sat down at my computer to read the news headlines of the morning and there was her face front and center. I read the caption below it and my heart hit the floor. I couldn't believe it. And needless to say I was devastated. Friends and family started calling throughout the day because they knew how much of a fan I was. It was a tough day and I had to work that night and was just a non functioning zombie. Alas, time has passed and the hurt has healed somewhat. I loved and admired her dearly. Thankfully, her music still captures all of my emotions and continues to lift my spirits whenever I feel down. She made a profound impact on the world with her music, voice and presence and should be celebrated as such. One Of A Kind. She will always be in my heart. :-)

@@Suecasehall Beautiful words, Suecase! She was one of a kind. She was the GOAT of female vocalists and talented on SO MANY LEVELS. I try to listen to one of her songs every day. Bruce Sudano did a great interview in June 2024. Talked about how their LOVE kept them together. Not sure how to embed the link...Google "CRAFTING HITS WITH DONNA SUMMER, ALIVE n KICKIN’"
