NEVER say "HOW may I help you" SAY "I CAN ASSIST YOU". Because when a prospect calls or anyone calls, it's EITHER regarding RENTAL or its a resident or vendor and saying I CAN ASSIST YOU, they will feel comfortable and are assured that you been expecting the call. Saying HOW may I help you, is like walking into a shoe store and the rep says HOW may I help you instead of what size shoes would you like to try on! ;)
