This is a original by Darude, its a B side from Sandstorm. This track is super underrated and i still have it on vinyl.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I’m pretty sure this is York:O.T.B(on the beach). The original sample is by Chris Rea. It does sound a little bit like Sandstorm but I think it’s because it’s from that era.
