Interesting comparison, Ben. I do think that the MacBook was probably rendering faster coz Final Cut usually does some pre-rendering in the background, and I don't think that that feature is available in Premier Pro

did you get the Studio G5 with the 4k dreamcolor panel? that is a great panel, that comes with builti-in software to use a color calibrator (like X1i or Spyder). I think that is the best comparator to the Macbook Pro.

Not testing a Dream Color Display that has been desigend with Creators (Dreamworks) for Creators on the ZBook Studio G5 is a mistake. Looking forward to ZBook Create Gen7 :)

As always, they both have pros and cons. The Zbook Studio has better port selection and physical function keys but the Macbook Pro can be configured with 888: eight-core CPU, eight TB of storage, and eight GB VRAM GPU.

really depends what you're gonna use the laptop for, if you just wanna game go for the 1650ti. while you can game on the p2000, it isnt made for gaming, its designed for CAD

Thank's man, for saying "get the one you like". I'm a big HP fan (with all of my old laptops HP), but for same prices I recomend you to go to Dell's precision series or MSI's ws series. better performances (more for 3D and Machine learning I agree), but for a same price from 2499 Euro (sorry I do not know prices for dollar) to 2700 euro, you get better performance than HP's Z Book.

The HP G5 is the same price as the Dell precision series. Can be configured with the same processors. The G5 comes with a better GPU and more importantly professional support. Dells quality control is garbage, while HPs is top notch. Their business support is even better than Apples. Stays cooler than the precision series allowing for better sustained performance. Your comment that the Dell performs better is just wrong. I owned a 2019 Dell Precision but returned it due to the Xeon processor overheating. The Xeon in my G5 has no such issues. Zero. The G5 actually performs better than the Dell.
