The government has been busy preparing a response against those who have taken your families. That's response enough at this time. Forming a war cabinet and coalition government takes time. Took a page from the Ukranians. Good for them. Ukranians fighting war, maintaining civil society as best they can given war waged inside country, developing weapons systems to augment loaners, conducting very active information campaign, and have future peace and rebuilding plans right now.
