On the Heaphy Track: Day 1: Brown Hut to Perry Saddle Hut

I was recently walking the Heaphy Track in Kahurangi National Park and this video covers the track from Brown Hut to Perry Saddle.
This is day one of my five day trip where I grind up the start of the Heaphy Track from the carpark at Brown River. I covered 17.2 kilometers over 6 hours to the my first night at Perry Saddle Hut. Most of this day is spent walking up a moderate but unrelenting track high above the Aorere River Valley.
