Before I ever felt like justifying throw pillows in my budget, I bought throw pillow zipper covers (like $14 each for nice ones) and some pillow stuffing at the craft store. I just straight up stuffed the pillow covers and called them pillows. It totally worked and I used them like that for several years before getting new ones that matched a new couch. You could even find throw pillows at a yard sale or thrift store and just remove the covers from those and wash them (toss the actual pillow part because used pillows sounds icky).

OK, so now I'm acting crazy. Further in, you mention target in Clearwater! I lived all over that area for 10 years and miss it so much. Now I'm in Va. to be closer to my daughter and grandkids. Oh, you have no idea how much I miss that place. Lived in Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, and Tarpon Springs! Was a pediatric RN and also Hospice. Worked at Mease Countryside and then did IV nursing at Morton Plant too. I got around! LOL Now I'm an old lady and retired at 69. Still young at heart though!!

I have never bought those felt covered hangers because I think the covering is going to rub off or stain your clothing. If Costco is out of something they will ship to your house for free from their website or give you a raincheck. You need to check out the thrift stores. I have found so many nice things and many still have the tags on them.

I've spent so much at TJ maxx in the past week. I look for the Yellow tags( final markdowns). I got a bunch of dried fruit for 1.00. Nuts for 1.00, etc. I also buy my dogs their treats and shampoo and toys. I love Bagalini. They are my fave. Washable and they always have a ton of styles at TJ Maxx. I always get compliments when I'm out.

I'm not sure if you have a Savers where you live but at my local Savers I get those hangers 12 hangers $1.00 ... if you do have a Savers you should check it out you may get different colors and my closet I have black,red purple but it does the job
