This is the sweetest family… The price for that home now, in 2024 would be close to 500k. The prices skyrocketed there.

This is a lovely home, and the updates are awesome. ❤ the vibe of this family-oriented couple. Hubby is a quick start and enthusiastic learner. I'm sure it sold quickly.

Sofie is so sweet and inspiring! She knows her stuff even for the American market! She definitely does her homework on what sales in what market! I love this show. Much more realistic than other HGTV series. Blessings and Peace ✝️❤️

I'd love to see a follow up on this couple after the sale..seemingly nice couple....but ..cant put my finger on it..hmm

I agree, down to Earth and to the point show, no drama, no endless repeating of problems, no over the top reactions every five minutes like some shows and so on. The host does a very nice job updating homes on a tight budget and deadline and it's obviously an older show hence the older design but honestly some of her designs that I've watched are timeless. It's great that they even put this on KZbin for us to watch.

Yeah, the TV technology certainly dates the series. I haven't seen TV's like that since the 90's 🤣

How old is this episode?! There haven’t been houses in that price range in that neighborhood for decades. I can’t believe they didn’t get any offers. I’ve never understood how people cannot see the potential in a house beyond the owner’s decor.

so old fashioned for a young couple..it would be like living in your nana's house! You cannot blame the kids for the mess on the carpet...stop making excuse as to why you didnt finish jobs, why your tv and other furniture is blocking the light and make your kids sit at the table if they want drinks or snacks ffs!!! People you have to ask yourself if you wouldnt move into a property with these issues why would you expect someone else to!

I would have left the kid's room as it was, but maybe put away the clothes and some of the toys. The room belongs to the kids and if there are children living at the house then buyers should expect to see kids stuff. They shouldn't feel that they don't have a place and turning it into an adult's bedroom was a step too far.
@mangoyacho9 ай бұрын
@craftyhobbit7623 but the idea is to sell the house - those bunk beds were not working in that room.
