I have an Sig P245. Google it. You don’t know what it is. Every year I think “you should get rid of this gun”. Then I go and shoot it. It makes me shoot so fast and so accurate, that I remember why I still own it, even though it’s the most impractical carry gun I have. It wants to go fast and hit hard, so I keep it. Same as my Walther P99sc. The trigger feels like crap and it’s too wide, but when you’re shooting live ammo… it dumps rounds fast and accurate… so you end up having to explain to people why you keep and use such a weird gun.

@@Xeonerable With an extra 100 bucks you get a comp, red dot cut, clear sight cut to protect your red dot from gases, 4” barrel, blacked out rear sights, night front sight, a performance center cleaning kit, plus all the other great features in a Shield Plus. You could easily spend close to 100 upgrading just the sights on a regular shield. I’d say it’s a no brained to start with or upgrade to the carry comp. I own 4 shields. Shield EZ9 2.0, Shield 2.0 .40, Shield Plus 9, and the Shield Carry Comp 9. The carry comp is the best shooting by far. However I’d recommend any. The regular shield performance center version is great too. I have switched earlier this year to carrying the Compact 9 4” barrel with the full size mag. I have shot somewhere north of 5k rounds through it by this point, and the *only* times this has happened to me was when I was running blazer brass and it occurred to with different factory mags which leads me to believe it is actually the ammo not the gun/mags. I've seen others report QC issues with blazer (inconsistent setback, lack of knurling, one person even had a round without a primer). All anecdotal, but given my above experience, I personally have stopped running it which is unfortunate because it was one of my favorite range ammos for quite awhile.

I have tried all those , but .... My 365XL with the Wilson Combat Grip Module makes the XL a Class above the rest IMO. H.O. put a Wilson Combat Grip module on one of your 365's and then get back to me :D Damn !! Bubba is becoming Stone Cold . Great work Bubba !!

People who don’t shoot a lot: “I’ve never seen a Glock malfunction” People who shoot a lot: “we know”

I got a 365XL as my first gun. I figured that a compact gun with a short sight radius on iron sights would be the best thing to learn with. I will say when i pick up a full size like my fathers VP9 it feels like cheating. I have inproved massively though i definitely have a long way to go.

I'd recommend getting a decent .22 target pistol. It lets you focus on the fundamentals and build confidence. Plus, you can shoot a lot more. If it gets too easy, get smaller targets.

Outlaw convinced me to go with a sheild plus and I love it. I just wished I could get the performance slide separately

MC9 is nice, I thought about the MC9 LS, but made the costly mistake of shooting the Sig Fuse. I'm not usually a fan of the new generation of Sig, but they nailed it on this one. 500 rounds at the range, zero malfunctions. We rented the MC9 first, my wife did have some issues with it 2 FTEs (limp wristed) but she also had about 6 dead triggers where the striker had not reset.

I put the bigger XL grip on my P365 and it made a huge difference. Full-length grip so you don't have that weird pinky extension feel.

Bub is like the Eeyore of the Honest Outlaw channel. However, he is really improved onhis shooting abilities and he is fun to watch.

I picked the 365 as a carry gun a few years ago, based on Outlaws recommendation. It’s been great. But, all the love for the Shield plus has me interested. And, then, I could put the 365 into the new Flux Raider 365 chassis… 🤔 😂

The 43X shield plus and 365 are gonna be the face of the micro wave in when we look back years later all great firearms. The mc9 is awesome too once it has a longer track record more people will pick it up

The mags for the micro dagger are the way to go for the 43x.
