It would be a very smiv thing to do to go to a bishops Stortford game to prove he goes to games in the North. The national league north to be specific But tamworth or scunthorpe would be the recommendations at this level

Actually played at this ground when they first opened it. For some reason my team’s fixture was given a neutral ground and it ended up being at the Dorking ground which had a new 4G pitch, was also the HQ of the Surrey Youth League as well (which is that building shown in the stadium ). I THINK it was the first game on that pitch, could be wrong but was a great experience despite the weather being way too hot 😅

I can recommend Bishop's Stortford (though they are bottom at the moment with nil poi in 2024 - you could go along and change their fortunes!). Best pancake is raisins and lime juice

The best pancakes are always mum's and as I am Swedish I am having lingon- or blueberries on them. No g'dang syrup or sugar, I am not a hedon. As where to head next? I would say Yeovil or Tamworth for the best chance of a promotion. But as I kind of like Havant and Waterlooville that would be my recommendation.

I went to the Edmonton Oilers hockey this week. The linesman checked the nets for holes...there were plenty! I took a picture of the hockey at the hockey. Missed the second Zach Hyman goal because we could get back to our seats after intermission. Facilities 5 Atmosphere 5 Food/Drink Expensive but an extra .5 because they did have Dr. Pepper 2 Cost a bit high up but a birthday treat for my son 4 Connor McDavid scored the overtime winner so a good time all round!
