Nice score on that OBS square body wrecker. There's getting to be a lot lately of these retired vintage wreckers on Marketplace, and I too would totally love to snag them up and have a restored collection. Sucks to have that trailer tire issue. But great episode, as always! 👍

That wrecker was at the dealer until early 2000s. It was used by Toyota in the service parking lot to move cars. I can provide more information if needed. Still work with some of the old timers. Thanks for saving it!

Buddy and I picked up a 96 Chevy 3/4 ton long box ext cab a few years ago. Blew 3 tires and had 1 spare. We were swapping tires off the truck to get home. One rim had to go in backwards. We barely made it home.

Good to see you back with a new rescue video. Question for you, could you use the motor and transmission out of the donor Ford for Charlie the new wrecker that you just saved? Wasn't sure if the donor Ford was a diesel or not. Sorry to hear about the damage to your stolen truck. Wishing your daughter and son in law good luck in their new location
