There should be more persons of integrity like Gen.Tumukunde appointed in vital government positions in order to see positive change in Uganda. Citizens of Tumukunde's caliber are out there in Uganda and the president should seek them out and put them to task so as to bring sanity and order in government. Very eloquent and steadfast this man Tumukunde. I believe in his ways and trust that history will be kind to him no matter what his detractors throw at him.

Henry tumukunde, reminds me of the biblical Egyptian Prime minister Joseph; who was elected as such immediately from improsonment. I take this miraculous event to have also happened in uganda. God still reigns
