Introspection as you grow is so important, either with normal friendship, sexual relationship, co-workers etc. You rebuild yourself and do things open minded and asking God to guide you. It's also important to know&love yourself before you accept someone to be in your life. Then you get to understand the value you have and accept someone who understands that value.

I’m a guy and its nice to hear such content coming from the actual female perspective and I appreciate the efforts to enlighten us using real life situations. I just wonder in Madam speakers situation, she’s explaining how she thinks her ex is viewing her now but really I’d like to hear his side of the story, cause what if it’s just her perspective or opinion of how she thinks he views her, but anyways I’m just saying. Otherwise I love hearing such conversations happening amongst women😊
