Been looking at this one for a while , love the look .Great looking watch . Although with the Quartz you can have the same great look for less than half the £$...slightly different brushing on the case but same dial & bracelet i believe .. i have enough automatics .. maybe i will plump for the quartz ..

bezel lock would be annoying for me personally as i use my diver bezel quite a lot everyday at least. also i don't like constantly screwing and unscrewing crown i feel that's asking for trouble. i also don't like how there isn't clear 12 o'clock marker

Daniel RS yup, I have a bigger wrist than you, but still had this issue with the lug to lug, plus I prefer smaller sized watches. I skipped on this: I don’t exclude it entirely, but I think it won’t make it into my collection unfortunately.

Tough comparison. Spec to dollar ratio I would say Yema. However, the design of the blue gilt Baltic Aquascaphe is one of the best (if not the best) retro diver that I have seen in the sub-$1000 price category. Either one of them is a great watch to pick.

Nice review. however, I believe you got some of the dimensions wrong on the 39mm version - the lug-2-lug is 48mm (not 47mm)and the thickness is 13mm (not 12mm).

That bracelet is poorly designed. It completely negates 47mm lug2lug. Actually, it's around 51,52 because those first links non articulating. They screwed small guys with that bracelet.

Good looking watch, however, YEMA has THE ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. Do your homework before buying one. This is a BIG issue that is very well known in the watch community. I was going to buy a YEMA until I did my homework on them. Buy with caution!!!
