Respectfully, as head leaders... you have to look at the bigger picture and do what is best. The word that kept being reiterated and focused on was stability. Big 12 10-12 years ago was going through a transitional stage and was not the best conference to be in at the time. However, AD Rick George reflected on their steady progression and resilience to become a better suited conference for the new season. So much changes over the years. We have to be willing to follow the rhythmic flow of what is best now, so that the organization as a whole can go from 1-11 to 11-1.👍🏾💯 Yes. Communication is vital across the board. Get the important pieces together, make the decision and move forward. The goal here is to win more than we have lost in prior seasons at CU. That requires needed changes. It only makes sense to go where you are most impactful not less impactful.🙄👀 As AD Rick George said, This change means more time to focus on the athletes education, time mindfulness in the road and less sports travel was their goal while gaining a bigger television following. This will prove to be a wise move over time. They did their research well!🥰 We AreCUStrong!🖤🤎
