The beauty of driving a manual H pattern gearbox is mastering the heel and tow technique applied during a downshit. It is not easy for same and come naturally to others and on this video for the first time I recorded an onboard footage of my foot work.
I personally always loved to watch drivers footwork during driving but always struggles to find enough videos about it. From now on for every track day I try record an onboard footage of my footwork. Here it is the video! I hope you like!

Great job man, thank you very much for this view! For next videos, would it be possible, instead of making a video with a view in a view at the same time, to make a montage to alternate the two views in full screen please? The video will surely be of a higher quality, although it already is. ;)
