The plaintiff used to date the defendant but caught him cheating. The defendant allegedly took the plaintiff’s vehicle, got it impounded, and the computer that was inside of it went missing, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant admits the vehicle got impounded, but he insists he doesn’t know what happened to the computer.
